Cuticula has finally released the perfect matte top coat for all of your manicures! This matte top coat has that perfect chalk board finish for an ultimate matte effect.

Benefits of Cloud Cover Top Coat:

- 5 Free (Free of formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor)

- Fast Drying (While this is fast drying, I've noticed that the effect gets more and more matte as it fully dries)

- Matte chalk board finish

- Available in Unscented

You will get long wear when pairing this with Static or Silk Base Coats.

You may notice a very slight change of tint in certain scents. This is due to the color in the fragrance oil and will not affect your polish in any way.

Disclaimer:Please keep all scented base and top coats out of sun and direct heat. The sun/heat will discolor your product. Please also note that the discoloring of the product will not affect the polish or the color of polish whatsoever.

I bought this in the scent Blackberry Lemon Curd. I have heard great things about this scent and the topcoat itself. The topcoat was very matte ,and the scent was amazing ! I would definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Best matte top coat ever! I got the spearmint eucalyptus scent and I love it — smells like the bath and body works “stress relief” line. Dries super fast, mattifies v effectively. Of course it’s not as long lasting as their glossy top coat, but that’s to be expected!

I absolutely love this top coat! I much prefer to matify polishes versus using actual matte polishes, so having a good quality top coat is essential! The coverage is even and smooth, and there is such a great variety of scent options - something for everyone! I love that one of my all time favorite scents, Spearmint and Eucalyptus, Is one of the choices!

This matte coat is awesome! Smooth application and dries quickly. I got cherry red lips for the scent, and i love it! :)

I'm not usually a fan of matte polish but this top coat is the exception! It applies like a dream and dries quickly. I really like it so much. Plus its scented which just puts it over the top. A++++++++++
