Static is a sticky base that works like double sided sticky tape while adhering to your nail and the polish applied to it. This base coat along with Timeless Top Coat will give you up to two weeks of wear time.

Static Base Coat works great alongside Timeless Top Coat and CuQUICKula
Apply this base coat to clean/dry nails making sure there are no oils on your nail beds. You may want to take some rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball and wipe the nail bed before applying Static Base Coat.
Always wrap your nail tips when applying.
Store product in a cool/dry area and keep away from direct sunlight

You may notice a very slight change of tint in certain scents. This is due to the color in the fragrance oil and will not affect your polish in any way.

Disclaimer:Please keep all scented base and top coats out of sun and direct heat. The sun/heat will discolor your product. Please also note that the discoloring of the product will not affect the polish or the color of polish whatsoever.

Tips and Tricks:

Timeless

Timeless Top Coat works best with our Static Base Coat (Shop Here)
This product works best if you give an extra minute for each layer to dry before applying the Timeless Top Coat to your mani. This particular formula dries fast on contact; however it may take a little longer to get through all of the layers of polish. Your manicure should be COMPLETELY dry within 30-45 minutes.
This top coat is scented with fragrance oils which can cause smearing of the nail art. In order to avoid smearing, always float your top coat when applying this product. This means to never let the actual brush touch your nails.
Always wrap the tips of your nails to get the longest wear time possible.
Reapply Timeless Top Coat every few days or once the scent wears off.
Keep products out of direct sunlight.

I absolutely love pairing Static base with Timeless Top Coat for a super long lasting mani. When I use these 2 together, I regularly get a week+ of wear! I also love that this base dries quite quickly, so I can start applying my color almost right away!

It does what it says. It gives a sticky layer for better adhesion. I have to admit, personally, I love the silk base even more, so it's my go to. But this is a quality base coat that does what it says it will...for your sticky base needs! Like all the other products I've tried from this brand, it comes in a variety of scents and dries down quickly to do the job as described. I recommend this to anyone needing a sticky base, whether for further nail art adhesion or needing that extra kick for polish adhesion, etc. It works really well, I have multiple bottles and will continue using and enjoying this product. It's good stuff.

So, I’ve been a fan of Cuticula since the latex tape days and decided to dive into both the sticky base and the shiny, plumper top coat. LOVE AT FIRST SWIPE! I ordered mine in the scent ‘Blue Hawaiian’ and it’s fantastic. It’s not overpowering but it is noticeable. Performance wise, it is exactly what’s on the package—sticky. Trying to find an indie replacement for my fave Orly Bonder, and this fits the ticket. My mani lasted for 3 days without chipping, including moving, packing, and cleaning. That’s a feat! Only complaint may be the packaging, but that’s just cause it’s bulkier than most. That said, I love how many places it’s available—both here on the store, on Etsy, through the Polish Pickup website, and a few very special scents/collabs on Polished for Days’ website. I do plan on repurchasing and am excited to try our new scents!
