Those Teal Flakes Make This Polish STUNNING!
I just recently discovered Cuticula and can honestly say I'm obsessed with this brand! With 11 polishes and 4 more on the way, I simply can't get enough of Cuticula! Elixir has a gorgeous deep blue flake base with holographic sparkles thrown in. But even better than the glorious base is the metallic teal flakes generously scattered within the polish. Those teal flakes really stand out - especially in person! The formula was so easy to apply even for relatively novice nail painters like me. And I just CAN'T get enough of the teal flakes. They really make this polish special and unique!

Cool polish
This is a fun polish. Flawless application, good sparkle. I love the smaller flakie bits in polishes like this because of the coverage and also because the sparkle looks like broken glass. Cool effect.
